WIRE WORK:  There are many ways to make wire pendants, and Kimberly Sciaraffa Berlin's Build Your Own Wire Pendants covers most of them.  The book is well organized and a wire worker's dream book.  By the time you've made several projects, you'll have a fabulous jewelry wardrobe and mad skills.   Nancy

WIRE WORK:  Easy & Elegant Beaded Copper Jewelry, by Lora S. Irish, is that necessary intermediate book for those who want to build on a very basic knowledge of wire work.  While "copper" is in the title, you could easily substitute other wire (depending on hardness) in the book's 300 illustrated links and the projects in which they are featured.  Nancy

WIRE WORK:   Lacy Wire Jewelry, by Melody MacDuffee, takes the creation of cabochon bezels back in time.  The projects in this book are perfect for anyone who loves delicate, lovely jewelry.  Nancy

WIRE WORK:  Mostly Metals is subtitled A Beginner's Guide to Jewelry Design.  Author Karin Buckingham is a gifted teacher/communicator who explains why as well as how to complete a project and learn a skill.  This is the way all books should be written.  Nancy

WIRE WORK:  I love making wire jewelry because it's relatively easy and the results can be spectacular.  Also, I find my wire jewelry students are always hungry for more.  "More" can now be defined as Melissa Cable's Spotlight on Wire.  Nancy

WIRE WORK:   Steel Wire Jewelry, by Brenda Schweder, is a great concept book.  The cost to produce the projects is much lower because the material is steel (cheap) wire BUT you can make them up out of any wire you choose.  The designs, like the material, are edgy and fun.  Very clever.  Nancy

WIRE WORK:  Totally Twisted, by Kerry Bogert, focuses on combining gorgeous beads with wire twisting.  The projects are fresh and clean and really innovative.  Love this book!  Nancy

WIRE WORK:  When you're only beginning to work with wire, it's good to have a well-illustrated reference book like Mickey Baskett's Wire Jewelry in an Afternoon.  It contains lots of whimsical projects.  Once you learn the basic techniques, you can make jewelry and critters!  Or jewelry with critters.   Nancy

WIRE WORK:  When you get to the advanced stage of wire wrapping, you will want to consider investing in Dale "Cougar" Armstrong's Wirework.  Armstrong is an acknowledged leader in the field and a well known teacher. her book will guide you through all kinds of projects.  Nancy

WIRE WORK:  Once you understand the basics of wire work, please check out Linda Chandler and Christine Ritchey's Wire Wrapping.  The projects are classics and very clear.  Nancy

WIRE WORK:  Wrapped in Gems, by Mai Sato-Flores with Jesse Flores, is full of photos of rich gorgeous jewelry.  My only complaint is in the fact that instructions are pretty much copy only.  I would have like more illustration in that area.  Nancy
