Buttermilk substitute: Mix 1 tablespoon white vinegar to 1 cup milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
You'll need:
Spray the baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix all the ingredients. Pour into baking pan. Bake uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes or until the cornbread is firm to the touch and a knife inserted in the center come out clean. Serve with jam or more honey.
