You'll need
Unroll the dough and place eight perforated sections of triangular dough on a greased cookie sheet. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Place a dollop of the cheese mixture in the center of each triangle, fold over and pinch the edges closed. You may have some interesting shapes. Sprinkle each piece of dough with powdered sugar and bake at 350° F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle more powdered sugar on top. This recipe can be doubled. You can also use two triangular shapes to make rectangles. When you fold them over, you, of course, will have smaller rectangles. Hey, I didn't study geometry for nothing! You can also serve the tartlets with strawberry or raspberry jam.
