about Baking Cake
Cookbooks There are lots of dump cakes out there. Here are two great recipes from my friend, Emmie. You may have most of the ingredients on hand already, so surprise your family with a just because special dessert. Thank you, Emmie. Enjoy, |
Spray the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Dump the ingredients into the baking pan in order, gently spreading them flat in the pan without mixing. Bake at 350˚F for 30 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.

Spray the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Dump the ingredients in this order into the pan: pineapple, pie filling, cake mix, and pecans, spreading them flat without mixing. Mix the drained pineapple juice and melted margarine together and drizzle over the nuts. Bake at 350˚F for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool. Top with a dollop of whipped topping to serve.
