You'll need:
Combine for dressing:
Brown the chicken on top of the stove in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil. Be sure to cook it thoroughly. Cool. Chop the chicken breast into bite-size chunks. Toss the chopped apples, nuts and celery. Add the cooled chicken. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over the chicken mixture. Chill. Can be served on a bed of lettuce or used as a sandwich filling. Serves four.
