Toss in a large bowl:
Mix in a saucepan:
Heat and stir until boiling over medium heat. Be careful not to scorch the mixture. Once the mixture is boiling, reduce the temperature to low heat, leaving the pan uncovered for a five minute gentle boil. Do not stir at this time. Remove the pan from the heat after five minutes. Immediately stir in:
Pour the cooked mixture over the popcorn, pretzels, cereal and nut mixture, gently stirring until all the pieces are evenly covered in syrup. Spread the combined mixture out on two cookie sheets that have been lightly coated with non-stick spray. Heat for 25 or 30 minutes, (depending on the heat of your oven) at 350˚ F, stirring half way through. Be careful not to scorch the popcorn mixture. Turn the popcorn mixture out onto wax paper and let it cool. Break the clumps, and feast! Store in a tightly closed container.
