Jewelry Buying FAQs
Please remember
that most of our jewelry is one of a kind. That means first
come, first served. Order early and you won't be disappointed.
NOTE: Don't
be misled by our Shopping Cart, which allows you to order multiple
quantities of each piece of jewelry. We almost never have more
than one of any given necklace or bracelet made up. And sometimes
we can't duplicate a piece because we buy
our raw materials in small quantities. Of course, it never
hurts to ask.
If you see a
piece of jewelry that is already sold or if you need a variation of
length or materials, let me know and I'll do my best to make your
heart's desire.
If
two people order the same item at the same time, the item will go to the earliest order
I receive. I promise to make every effort to keep these pages up
to date, but if we cannot ship an item, we will offer full credit or a
full refund. "One of a kind" is a harsh mistress. NK

How does
PayPal work?
Click on our PayPal Shopping Cart buttons and follow the simple
instructions if you wish to order from us.
You can also use your PayPal account to send money securely.
We like this secure service because it opens online money transfer to
everyone.
There is no charge to obtain a
personal PayPal account. We have a premier account so
we pay a small fee to receive funds.
Other uses for PayPal - pay for an auction item,
bill bills online, pay for another online purchase or send money to your family or friends.
PayPal is the #1 payment service on eBay,
which owns PayPal.

Note - We do not maintain a consistent program of selling on eBay.
There aren't enough hours in the day to do everything we'd like to
do.
We ship insured USPS (US MAIL) via
Priority Mail
within the continental United States.
We must have a valid e-mail address to notify you when your purchase
has been shipped.
We
do not control shipping arrangements or costs for any products
ordered through this site's affiliates such as books, DVDs,
Cafe Press items or any other merchandise we do not exclusively
produce ourselves.
Shipping Costs
Items costing $01. to $49.99 - $5.95
includes insurance and tracking
Items costing $50 to $99.99 -
$6.95 includes insurance and tracking
Items costing $100 to $199.99 -
$7.95 includes insurance and tracking
We will combine shipments going to
the same address whenever possible. This will save you
money. We will combine your eBay wins from us (only) with
purchases from VeryShinyObjects.com. We are not responsible for
any failure to ship items in one package.

We automatically
package all jewelry in a zip lock bag for safety.
(And to make sure
that the S portion of any piece made with an S clasp arrives in
your package - silver is soft so just hook a loose clasp back onto the
necklace and squeeze it a tiny bit on one end.)
We then place
each zip lock bag in an attractive gauze fabric bag. (Please
send gift card instructions by e-mail.)

Please Note:
All measurements are approximate. We do our best to be accurate,
but we do not claim a 100% US Naval Observatory standard.
All merchandise shipped within the
state of Oklahoma is subject to a 7.60% sales tax.
We do NOT now nor have we ever
accepted any third party coupons.
After Order Questions
If you have any
questions after you've placed an order, send an e-mail to nancy@greenlightwrite.com - we're always ready to help.
All returns must be made within
7
calendar days of receipt of the item. Please return items via
USPS Ground Mail service. We pay return shipping for our errors.
We will refund your purchase price if the item you receive is
different from the posted description. If you would prefer a credit or
gift certificate, no problem.
Order carefully. Items will be accepted for return only when you receive
merchandise that does not match the posted description.
We cannot be
responsible for mistreatment of our jewelry.

INSURANCE CLAIMS - We
insure all shipments with the United States Post Office. They
will handle all insurance claims.
