My friend, Mary Hoover, served this salad at one of
our gatherings. I had to force myself to save some for the others.
Mary was kind enough to share the recipe with me and everyone in the group asked that I put it on our website so they could get it too. This is now my husband's #1 favorite salad! Thank you, Mary. Enjoy, |

Salad Brown over low heat, being careful not to over brown or burn the ingredients. Drain after browning.
Toss together:
Dressing Mix together:
Add slowly:
Blend the dressing with a wire whisk. The oil and vinegar stay mixed and don't separate! Add:
Pour the dressing over the greens and noodle mixture just before serving.
