Jane Marie and Barbra - once upon a time in America
Dear Friends, I've been struggling to find words to express my feelings about the tragedy of September 11. There has been so much suffering in the name of irrational hate that I hesitate to focus on the struggle ahead of us all, but we must look toward the future. Let us continue our prayers and do what is expected of Americans. Let us treasure our way of life. Americans and good people everywhere are targets, but we are also strong and free. And we are resolved to root out the unspeakable evil that threatens the world. United we stand. God bless the United States of America. |
