BRIDE Not every bride is a beautiful young girl.
She might be a beautiful older woman, in which case she would do
well to get her hands on The Wedding Guide for the Grownup
Bride. After all, author Shelley Christiansen gave
us those immortal word, "Register or regret it."
And as the proud recipient of both a squirrel nutcracker (we gave
it to the Salvation Army because there are some things you can't
regift) and a single stainless tablespoon (I don't think he liked

While Mary Kay McDermott actually gives some suggestions for avoiding
this nightmare in The Bridesmaid's Survival Guide, most

As I read through the pages, I felt the authors had done an excellent
job of gathering advice on every aspect of weddings.
